Ellen G. White Research Center
The EGW Research Center is being developed at Asia-Pacific International University with the purpose of providing researchers the materials related to the life and work of Ellen G. White. E.G. White (1827-1915) was a woman of remarkable spiritual gifts. She wrote more than 5,000 periodical articles and 40 books. Today, including compilations from her 50,000 pages of manuscript, more than 100 titles are available in English. Her writings cover a broad range of subjects, including religion, education, social relationships, evangelism, prophecy, publishing, nutrition, and management. Through her writings she is still making a revolutionary impact on millions of people around the world (EGW. http://www.whiteestate.org/about/egwbio.asp)
The current collection has about 400 books by E. G. White and about E. G. White authored by other SDA missionaries and leaders in the church.
Presently, the AIU E.G.White Research Center is working towards collecting the following materials:
1. E. G. White published works.
2. E. G. White letters and manuscripts.
3. Adventist Periodicals.
4. Publications related to the life and work of E. G. White, the history and development of Seventh-day Adventist theology.
Sunday—Thursday: 8:00 am—5:00 pm; 7:30—10:00 pm.
Friday: 8:00 am—4:00 pm.
Access to the EGW Center is opened at the moment, and materials can be borrowed only by AIU students and teachers.
