General Information

The Faculty of Education & Psychology at Asia-Pacific International University stands for excellence.  It provides the dynamic, purposeful and caring environment that enables students to develop their talents and abilities needed for active world citizenship.  A faculty of high caliber, together with superb facilities, it provides opportunities for personal development and academic success.

The department of Education and Psychology prepare students to become professional psychologists and educators who can function effectively in a culturally pluralistic society.  The committed faculty empowers their students in reaching their maximum potential in service to their Creator and to humanity at large.  The four-year undergraduate program prepares the students for the noble profession of becoming teachers of both elementary and secondary schools.  The foundation courses in their respective fields also enable them to work on advanced courses at the masters and doctorate levels.  On the completion of their advanced degrees, they could become teachers, editors, professional counselors or psychologists who could work in the school, college, hospital, industry or research environments.
